Understanding I/DD and Innovation Waiver TCM Training

This course provides Care Management staff with a foundational understanding of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) and North Carolina’s 1915(c) Innovations Waiver. Learners will use this knowledge to help members and families access appropriate supports, promote community inclusion, and coordinate person-centered services in alignment with Medicaid and HCBS monitoring requirements.
