Medicare 101 TCM Training

This course provides Care Managers with foundational training on understanding and navigating the Medicare program. Learners will review Medicare eligibility, enrollment timelines, and key coverage components, and will learn how to support members preparing for Medicare enrollment. The training will also introduce programs that serve dually eligible members and outline the Care Manager’s role in coordinating services and connecting members to appropriate resources.
