This course equips Care Managers with the knowledge needed to recognize dental, hearing, and vision health risks, understand available Medicaid services, and support members in accessing preventive and specialty care. Care Managers will use this information to initiate timely conversations, encourage evaluations, and guide members through referrals and follow-up.
