Supporting Members Through a Crisis TCM Training

This course provides care managers with the foundational skills and knowledge needed to recognize and respond to both behavioral health crises and environmental emergencies. Care managers will learn how to apply trauma-informed de-escalation techniques, support members during disasters, and connect members to appropriate crisis services and resources.
