Situational Awareness and Hands on Safety TCM Training

This course provides information on infection control and prevention practices, including proper hand hygiene, appropriate use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and strategies to reduce the spread of illness during member care, especially in home, community, and transitional settings. This course also will discuss key safety practices for care managers, the importance of situational awareness in diverse environments, how to maintain personal safety while providing care, and identifying when to reach out to your leader and team for support.
