Serving Members with Complex Needs TCM Training

This course provides Care Managers with foundational training in supporting members with complex needs, including children and youth with co-occurring mental health and intellectual/developmental disability conditions. Learners will use this training to recognize Children with Complex Needs settlement indicators, understand Care Management and partner roles, and follow basic screening and referral processes to ensure appropriate service coordination.
