Roots and Resilience TCM Training

This course builds Care Managers’ understanding of adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), trauma, and trauma-informed care, and how these factors influence health, behavior, and engagement. Learners will apply trauma-informed principles to guide member interactions in a way that promotes safety, trust, and empowerment and reduces the risk of re-traumatization.
