Overview of NC Health Plan Services

The Overview of NC Health Plan Services training informs participants about:

• Basic benefits for all NC Medicaid health plans
• NC Medicaid Direct eligibility criteria and services
• The process for transitioning between Medicaid health plans

The training includes information about physical and behavioral health basic benefits for all plans. Participants learn about eligibility criteria  for Behavioral Health and Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities Tailored Plans and Tailored Plan services that are not available through Standard Plans. This training summarizes Standard Plans and NC Medicaid Direct eligibility criteria and services and includes contact information for Medicaid beneficiary assistance.
