Tracking NC-TOPPS Updates
It is the responsibility of the provider agency to monitor when NC-TOPPS interviews are due. An agency superuser can run an Updates Needed Report. Your agency is required to have a superuser, If you do not know who that is, you can contact us at nctopps@vayahealth.com and we will provide you a list of your agency superusers.
Users will see their own interviews that are due. Superusers will see interviews due for all agency Users
- After logging in and choosing an LME/MCO, click on the “Reports” tab
- Click on “Updates Needed.” This is the list of all members who currently have an interview due.
- At the bottom of the page, you may choose “Print” or “Export Data.” Choosing to export into Excel will give you the ability to filter the information in a way that is helpful to you.
