Leveraging Digital Tools | TCM Annual Learning

This course is designed for Care Management staff who want to refresh and strengthen their understanding of how digital tools support day-to-day work. It equips staff to confidently use telehealth and other virtual communication to support member engagement, make appropriate decisions about when virtual vs. in-person contact is needed, and prepare members for safe, private, and professional virtual visits. The course also reinforces how to document and monitor care management activities and how NCCARE360 supports whole-person care by connecting members to community resources and tracking referrals.
