Compassionate Boundaries: Working with Sexual Behavior | TCM Annual Learning

This course helps care managers recognize and respond to problematic sexual behavior using a trauma-informed, person-first approach. Learners will explore how to distinguish age-expected, concerning, and unsafe behaviors; apply the Notice, Respond, Document, Consult, and Refer framework; maintain professional boundaries; document objectively; and coordinate appropriate supports, referrals, and safety planning.
