1915(i) Services and Best Practices TCM Training

This course provides care management staff with a working understanding of North Carolina’s 1915(i) services. Learners will build the knowledge and confidence to identify eligible members, match them to the appropriate 1915(i) service types, support person-centered planning, and coordinate ongoing service monitoring. By applying these skills, care managers will enhance service quality, member independence, and overall health and quality-of-life outcomes.
